Purpose of Residence: works or manages his/her company from Hungary using an advanced digital technology solution

Required document (general):

full copy of valid passport (the travel document must be valid for at least 3 additional months beyond the date of expiry of the residence permit)	Mandatory

Documents verifying the purpose of residence:

An authentic certificate on the employment relationship from the employer supporting the employment relationship verified in a country outside of Hungary, which is provided with an advanced digital technological solution from Hungary, and which document contains:

the employer's scope(s) of activity

the provision(s) on the work that may be performed electronically, as remote work and its approved duration, and

the duties and the position of the third-country national

The existence of an ownership interest in a company with a verified profit, in respect of which the work or the management of the company is provided with an advanced digital technological solution from Hungary, and which document contains:

data and information credibly substantiating the actual operation of the company
the duties and the position of the third-country national	Mandatory
the company’s scope(s) of activity	Mandatory

Please be informed it is obligatory to file one of the listed documents certifying the purpose of residence!

Documents certifying livelihood:

a certificate evidencing that the third-country national’s legal income per a month was at least or exceeded EUR 2,000 for at least 6 months prior to the applicant’s entry into the territory of Hungary; the applicant is required have this amount of income at all times during his/her stay in Hungary

Documents proving comprehensive healthcare services:

Hungarian social insurence card (TAJ card)	Or
the applicant is entitled to health care services, to receive health care services the same way persons under the separate Hungarian act based on the business accident insurance or health insurance not covered by social security	Or
under an international treaty/contract or agreement, the applicant is entitled to services provided under the same conditions as for Hungarian insured persons	Or
Bank account statement for cover the potential heathcare expences

Please be informed that submission one of the above-mentioned documents as proof of complete health care is needed!

Documents proving accommodiation:

apartment leasing agreement	Or
a valid letter of invitation with an official endorsement of the authority	Or
document confirming the ownership of the flat	Or
Document confirming the booked and paid accommodiation	Or
a declaration, made by a family member of the applicant, set in a notarial deed on providing accommodation to the applicant, where the declaring family member holds a residence visa or residence permit, has immigrant or permanent resident status, holds a residence card, permanent residence card, long-term residence card or has refugee status in Hungary	Or
any other supporting document that can credibly substantiate that the accommodation is available to the applicant

Please be informed, it is obligatory to file one of the listed documents for proving accommodiation!

Conditions for onward or return travel:

a valid passport or the permits necessary for the third-country national for returning to his/her country of origin, or to the country he/she indicates, and a valid ticket for departure, or sufficient funds to purchase such a ticket, or a means of transport lawfully used by the third-country national
