May a residence permit for family reunification be issued to a relative of a person having a refugee status?

    A residence permit for the purpose of family reunification may be issued to the following relatives:

    1. a family member of the person with a refugee status
    2. a parent of an unaccompanied minor with refugee status, or the minor’s guardian
    3. a sponsor, or his/her spouse,
    4. or the supported parent of a person with refugee status
    5. full sibling or full relative of a person, if they are unable to support themselves due to health reasons.
