Which investments are considered to be national economic interest?

The following investments should be considered to be national economic interest

  1. the acquisition of an investment note issued by the National Bank of Hungary registered real estate fund or the distributor of the investment note, in the minimum amount of 250 000 EUR,
  2. the acquisition of the ownership of a free of all liens, claims and encumbrances residential property, situated in the geographical territory of Hungary, registered in the Land Register under a parcel number, in the minimum amount of 500 000 EUR,
  3. a financial donation to a higher education institution operated by a public interest asset management foundation, for the purpose of supporting educational, scientific research or artistic activity, in the minimum amount of 1 000 000 EUR
