Documents proving the purpose of residence

a certified copy of business registration in force
contract for headquarters lease / pavilion lease	Required
a detailed declaration of business activity	Required
sales or purchase contract, invoices	Required
employee contracts of employment and eBEV notification forms	Required
declaration of your activity in the company	Required
certificate from the tax authority on the company's public liabilities	Required
certificate for payment of contribution	Required
statement of tax account	Or

Please note that the documents listed above must be submitted in order to prove the purpose of your stay. If the original documents are NOT in Hungarian, please provide an official translation into Hungarian language as well.

Documents proving your means of subsistence

proof of income issued by the tax authority for the previous year	Required
minutes of the members' meeting establishing the applicant's income	And/Or
proof of earnings	And/Or
a certificate issued by a financial institution regarding a bank account managed in Hungary or abroad

Please note that you are required to submit one of the documents listed above as proof of means of subsistence NOT marked as "Required", in order to prove your means of subsistence. If the original documents are NOT in Hungarian, please provide an official translation into Hungarian language as well.

Documents proving the accommodation

residential lease contract	Or
a document regarding the courtesy use of accommodation and the consent of the usufructuary (if the property is in usufruct)	Or
a document proving ownership of the apartment	Or
proof of accommodation booked and paid for	Or
a declaration guaranteeing the applicant's accommodation	Or
a copy of the real estate sales contract and the decision of the competent capital or county government office authorising the acquisition of the real estate

Please note that one of these documents must also be submitted to prove the existence of accommodation.

Documents proving the completeness of health care

a copy of the social security card issued by the Hungarian authorities	Or
a statement of bank account balance to cover any possible medical expenses
