- document in proof of ownership of the residential property

- statement in notarial deed providing the accommodation

- declaration of the employer on providing accommodation
|
or |
- owner’s statement of acceptance

Please be informed that submission of one of the above mentioned documents as proof of accommodation is mandatory!
Documents for poof of complete health care:
- copy of Hungarian social insurance card
|
or |
- health insurance policy entitling to full health care and document certifying the payment of insurance
|
or |
- employment contract
|
or |
- European Health Insurance Card
|
Please be informed that submission of one of the above mentioned documents as proof of complete health care is mandatory!
