- Copy of valid travel document

- Bank statement issued by a Hungarian or foreign financial institution concerning the applicant’s bank account about covering the expenses of travel

- Statement of leaving the country voluntarily in case of refusal

- If the applicant is a minor of limited capacity, Statement from his/her parents or legal guardian translated to Hungarian or English in form of a private or public agreement (providing full evidence) containing the endorsement of legal staying (for the duration of stay) in Hungary

- If a representative conducts the procedure, the authorization/power of attorney

Documents verifying the purpose of residence:
- a certificate of registration by the competent government employment agency on requesting services
|
Or |
- a duly signed statement made by a business association registered in Hungary verifying that the third-country national is scheduled to enter into employment within three months following the date of submission of the application
|
Or |
- a company registration application registered by the court of registry as received, showing the third-country national as the company’s managing director or member having the right to represent the company.

Please be advised that submission of the above listed official documents is mandatory in order to verify the purpose of residence. In case the original document(s) was not written in Hungarian, official Hungarian translation is required as well.
Documents can be used as proof of subsistence:
- income certificate issued by the employer about previous 6 months

And/Or |
- income certificate issued by the tax authority about previous year
|
And/Or |
- a certificate issued by the employer and/or tax authority as proof of regular income received from abroad
|
And/Or |
- bank statement from a Hungarian or foreign bank
|

Please be advised that the above mentioned documents must verify that the applicant has enough income at disposal for living, residing or leaving Hungary during his/her stay.
Documents proving the existence of comprehensive health insurance:
- Copy of Hungarian health insurance card
|
or |
- Buisness health insurance entitling you to full health care and a certification confirming the payment of the insurance
|
or |
- bank statement about savings covering the health care expenses
|
Please be advised that one of the above mentioned documents must be submitted in order to verify the existence of comprehensive health insurance
