If your current marital status is divorced or widow but you submit the application referring to your former spouse:

employment contract	or
salary slip	or
bank-account statement	or

If your current marital status is divorced or widow but you submit the application referring to your former spouse:

Hungarian Health Insurance Card	or
European Health Insurance Card	or
certificate of own savings	or
Business health insurance entitling you to full health care and a certification confirming the payment of the insurance
