Who can get a Long-term Residence Card?
- family member of a third country national who has resided legally and continuously in the territory of Hungary for five years
- a person who has retained the right of residence in connection with his/her relationship to an EEA national, and who has resided legally and continuously in the territory of Hungary for five years
- a child born in the territory of Hungary of a parent who has the right of permanent residence
